The procurement team is led by an experienced person bearing industrial knowledge, market dynamics and negotiation skills. Keeping in line with the constantly changing market, sources are revisited, performances and contracts are reviewed, supply chain is managed to ensure smooth execution.
ENGINEERING TEAM
Being a developer firm, Engineering department is the heart of the institution. Expert engineers are responsible for the designing, drawing, planning, making decision above raw materials, quantifying inputs, monitoring quality. The team is responsible to execute the construction and work progress in timely manner without compromising standards.
ARCHITECTURAL TEAM
The firm partners with some of the leading and senior architects for optimizing the building designs both externally and internally. They ensure maximizing the space, designing the lay out, ensuring safety standards, reviewing alterations and redevelopments all in compliance to the policy and regulations.
AUDIT TEAM
The audit unit works independently and directly with the MD and is responsible for construction and material quality review, process and procedures evaluation, governance and breaches cross check and duly bring it to the attention of the management.
