About the role
Manage the security team at our completed projects and land project sites.
Responsibilities
- Plan guard rosters and supervise shift changes
- Monitor CCTV and access control
- Report incidents and keep site logs up to date
Requirements
- HSC or equivalent; ex-forces background preferred
- 3+ years supervising security staff
- Willing to rotate between our Dhaka project sites
