About the role

Manage the security team at our completed projects and land project sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan guard rosters and supervise shift changes
• Monitor CCTV and access control
• Report incidents and keep site logs up to date

Requirements

• HSC or equivalent; ex-forces background preferred
• 3+ years supervising security staff
• Willing to rotate between Dhaka and Munshiganj sites
